Branson Tracks

Track Tour

Bring in Your 4th with a BANG!
Height Matters

Amy, a mom with "the inside track," and her daughters.

One of my goals in writing this blog is to make your visit to The Track (and Branson in general!) a little bit easier to navigate.

So, when I heard from those who work at the Track office that they get a lot of questions about where each of the locations are, how far apart they are, what’s offered at each of them, etc, etc, I decided that I might be able to help.

I mean, I am the “mom with the ‘inside track,’ right?  I better be able to help!  Shoot – I am feeling the pressure.  Deep breath.  Okay, I’m pretty sure I can help you out.  Whew.

But before we get to that, let me say that I can understand why there might be some confusion.

  1. There are multiple locations that are not identical (that’s actually a good thing, because how boring – and unnecessary – would that be if they were!).
  2. There is a Track 3, Track 4, and Track 5.  There is not a Track 1 or Track 2.  Hmmm.  Can the ownership not count?  Well, I can assure you that they can.  And, I can also assure you that there is a reason for this.  And, I can assure you that the reason is not interesting enough to go into.  So, we’ll leave it at that.  The good news is that the locations do go in order as you drive down the strip (how weird would it be if you passed Track 5, then Track 3, then Track 4??).

Now that we’ve acknowledged these very real “issues,” I can get onto the “helping you out” part.  I will be taking you on a Track Tour with the help of this very handy map:

Hopefully, this will give you a good idea of the basic layout of the Track locations.  For those of you who thought the strip was a straight line, I hope this enlightens you (it did me!).  Branson is definitely not designed on a grid!

What will really be helpful to you, however, is clicking here.  That link will take you to an interactive map that will answer just about all the questions you need to know to plan your visit to The Track!  You simply scroll your mouse over each of the Track locations, and a box will pop up that has a list of the attractions at that park along with their age/height requirements and how much each costs – how great is that?

Happy navigating!
